OPs are out!

Christmas is officially over!

The new years looms! Welcome 2010 WOOO :D
Well what have we been up to lately hey?

I know what I’ve been up to…NOTHING :D not really actually
The ops came out and so many people did so well this year, I’m so happy for everyone! (sounds downright corny and stupid yeah?) but I really am! Hurrah!

And for Christmas family friends from Sydney have come to visit us here in Brisbane! We’ve been to countless dinners/lunches/brunches/maccas with them for a week and so far we’ve been to movieworld (well I have at least) and Australia zoo and wet n wild (damn I wish I went!) and other random places

Speaking of which, parents are at their place eating dinner as I type this fo shiz. Haha.
And for Christmas eve, I swear I love Christmas eve (and Christmas eve eve for that matter) more than Christmas day itself! But for Christmas eve I cleaned the house from top to floor (what the?) and during the night I went out to dinner with my one and only favouritest uber guardian angel Nghi!

He took me to Sono! A Japanese restaurant somewhere in the city and its SO nice

There are normal dining tables and ..wait for it… tatami mat tables:O and not only that but the waitresses wear KIMONOS and the food is just SO good (only very small in proportion) but it was a nice night out and Jason decided to come see us too J so we hung out at southbank for a while before nghi had to leave and me and Jason stayed out a little late :D

Then for Christmas day we had the Sydney people over for Christmas lunch/dinner + seven crazy children (no need to elaborate on their crazy energy) and during the late afternoon we went to mt coot tha and we went somewhere at night too but I’ve forgotten :D

Then boxing day we woke up early for dad to unveil a secret gift wrapped in a box of beer which turned out to be a Nintendo WII I was like ZOMGS

But really mums been wanting a wii since forever ahahah

But yes and then I opened my box of chocolates D: and then we went for boxing day sales :D where we bought a food processor, an ipod stereo speaker aaaaand…BOOKS

Many many books were bought and lots of gifts for jasonface (which I haven’t given him yet) but I will give them to him tomorrow! I got him a book (oliver twist by Charles dickens), the movie titanic (because he sniffles when he watches this movie, aw cute!), a new wallet for use (cause he always uses his old ones…haha) and a music box ‘you are my sunshine’ because he used to sing that song to me J and a paper rose aaaaaand that’s it :D

Hurrah, well tomorrow I’m heading out the city (first stop, HAIYENS PLACE!) to see haiyens new miaowmiaows (cats) and name them (*I am absolutely Honoured to be able to name them*) and then we’re going to go see Avatar in 3D! YAY

I wish you all a happy Christmas and a merry new year! :D and congrats on everyones OPs! :D

Ciao! :)

OP breakdown: Initialise

Oh wow, its been a while since I’ve done anything on this blog hey? Haha maybe coz I’ve been so busy doing chores and helping mother sew and eating mothers criticism all day long :)

But other than that it’s been good lately although nothing much has really happened. A city outing with Jason once… and… well that’s about it

Oh and a handing-in-resume/talking-with-the-supervisor thing going on with a takeaway shop in broadway on the mall in an attempt to find a job. But the takeaway shop job looked really crap and you had to wear long pants to work (work place healthy and safety…ugh) and it just looked really grotty and gross that’s all :)

So at the moment, I am unemployed and need a job… argh I don’t like being unemployed when I’m not studying my brains out… what AM I going to do?!
Oh dear.. anyhow

Tomorrow is dinh’s birthday too, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANTHONY DINH muahahah I like patting your hair, its always so fluffy :)

And he has invited some (I think) of the FLC cohort + a few others to a party at his place! Gosh, I wanted to go but chyeah

But! Through much persuasion from me to mother everything is dandy now… phew
I never knew persuasion itself could be so exhausting. But oh well… at least everything worked out

And on Sunday, is me and Jason’s two months! Hurrah! ♥

But before all that two month thing happens… the OP will be arriving via email on the 19th… Saturday… oh bugger. *Breathes in…breathes out*

It’ll be alright. Hopefully, it can’t be that bad right? Well I wish all you out there who are getting your Ops soon the best of luck… I reckon we all need it, especially for the pre-OPgetting breakdown part which drivesus all into denial and such (literally)

Well I’m off for now, ciao!
Good luck! :)

brothers trying to pick up best friends ;)

Rahhhr hows it going all? DX

Lately nothing really awesome has happened. But I did go city the other day but me and Jason figured city was boring and we were both broke and bluh anyway so we went back to his place.

Then Saturday rolled around and today me and haiyen and avian went to viet school to watch/help out with the graduation ceremony of class 2009 (good job kids, viet school sucks so you survived :) ) and yes we sat around for about 3 hours listening to speeches and kiddies singing and dancing, playing piano, guitar, whatever.

And spoke to a few old teachers and got caught up in some sort of ‘vietnamese trung vuong alumni association social club’ thing where we get together as an alumni group to hang out and such twice a year (during hai ba trung ceremony and mid autumn festival I think?) but chyeah twas good but haiyen just wanted to leave hahahah

Haiyen then drove to inala in her awesome Juliet (Toyota Echo) and bought bubble tea where aivans little brother continued to hit on her muahahaha

‘Have you got a boyfriend? Can I have your number?’
LOL that kid :)

Then haiyen drove me home where I sat on my butt all day reading ‘The boy in striped pyjamas’ by John Boyne. It’s a really good book about the Nazi revolution and Bruno whose dad is a commander working for the Nazi’s and meets a Jewish boy on the other side of the fence (of the concentration camp, that is) but its a good book *nods*

But yesh, I’ll be heading off now
Ciao! :)

weeheeeeeeeewtfeeeee

Wowzors (haha I’m so lame) I haven’t blogged in literally a forever! Oh wow I can’t even remember… hmm.. shitcakes where to start?!

Mkays LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL lets just recap his quickly coz I’m hungry!
Ka maya maya *time warp*

Monday was … normal classes and NOC I think.. (lets be blunt here) NOC sucked and I laugh at it coz me and lena decided it was too gay to attend and were supposed to bus it but in the end we were too lazy and went to eat fish and chips and sit on our asses for a very long time

Tuesday was… eh what was it.. spiritual retreat I believe. No aircon, I believe we all died that day but it was good fun playing scissors paper rock and life squares or windows or parallelograms or whatever and that really cool reconciliation thing at the end with the bowls of water. It was really sweet the whole ‘ngaww we’re going to apologize for all the shitty things we’ve done to each other in the past’ so that in the future we will be released from our sinly sins and stuff and it was really nice. But first nobody dared move because we all thought ‘eerr I’m not going first, I’ll look like a douche’ you know? But once people started getting up and we all started crying and in the end we sang wonderwall together as a cohort which was uber sweet

Wednesday was… lots of speeches about sex and cars.. oh and valedictory dinner. Ahahah but it sounds better as ‘sex and cars’ doesn’t it? Technically it was more of sexual education speech (the year 9 talk actually) where the penis carries lots of silly little germs and I quote that woman from S.H.op 101 ‘and you want to stick it where?!’ oh yes, lots of fun we learnt things we already knew and apparently the white little dildo penis thing was about the size of coop’s thumb… (thanks, much needed Vincent) and then valedictory dinner and the chapel service. it was really nice and mushy and valedictory dinner served really nice chicken (mmmm….) and a very funny speech from thisun and lots of references to ms Bu** and her knack of handing out infringements and ..of course.. the physics cat that can write faster than neeraj

Thursday was …DREAMWORLD the best experience ever I’d have to say! Just going on all those crazy rides and being dragged onto the giant drop (which I succeeded to avoid, HAHA) oh and how could we forget about losing Ben? He just drifted off somewhere and we lost him for a while (but we had a treasure hunt looking for him so everything was dandy once we found him around the food courts) and tony and the duck… (Tony: ‘LUNCH LUNCH, COME HERE LUNCH’) oh that poor little duck

And then comes Friday.. the last day of high school ever. Being farwelled and giving all the little preppies and alpine kids high fives (some were very vicious with their hifives I’ll have you know) and the little girl with the cute voice that made the whole room go ‘awww’ and of course, JESSICA! I’ll miss you jessicaaaaaaaaaa <3 ceremony =" ="

Then headed out to the city later that day to play pool and have dinner at sizzlers with loc but with a curfew I wouldn’t be able to get home on time = = so the girls stayed back at the city doing stuff (I can’t remember what)

And since then its been a week and a half with a trip to wet n’ wild and movieworld
Wet n’ wild was full of cutesy little adventures of going on slides and rides and peer pressured into flashing a bikini (uhh..) and getting it undone (coughalancough)

Movieworld was full of escapades of alex forcing me and nhu onto the superman coaster (which didn’t work, phew) and being totally obsessed with batman masks (and batman in general) :D

So far its been really good, but we’ll see what the rest of the postgraduate holidays have for us! Muahahaha
Hope to blog again soon

Ciao!
