it was an accident, i swear!
Hi all! Phew... i survived today
I feel so lucky to have survived too.
Hear me out dear blog...
This is how it began.
This morning, eating warm lasagne with a nice cup of tea everything was going great and mum dropped me off at the train station to go to uni that morning. Thinking that i was going to be there in time to buy a dress (ten dollars!) with a broken zip (which can be fixed!) was a fail attempt. Because i got there just in time to get to uni on time which meant no time for trying on and buying a dress *sadface*
Headed to uni, had lena walk in on my lecture after a while and listened to lecture guy talk about developmental psychology until i couldn’t handle it anymore and got way too bored so i left about ¾ through the lecture to return library books and went to buy that dress.
Headed to the funhouse soon after, picking up some starbucks on the way too. We then waited for some asian to get off the tekken machine (of which he didn’t, of course... because thats what all the pro’s do. They’re ownage, so they reign the tekken machines, obv) so we went to play DDR and technika instead (failing rather badly on the third stage might i add)
Cue Max at approximate 3:30pm.
Realising it was 3:30 and about time to head off to walk to uni again for my last class that day i said my goodbyes to lena and max. Only this time round, i said good bye to lena...and dinh.
Note to non-existent reader out there on the interwebz: max hates dinh and most likely, vice versa.
Max’s face turned a shade darker, tilted his head downwards, looked at me with hard eyes. Yeah it looked like he wanted to rip my intestines out (i told lena so). I apologized, laughed it over, apologized again, attempted to give him a hug and said a quick goodbye before scooting over to the elevator before i could get gang raped by his friends or my intestines ripped out.
I do not. Repeat. Do not. Understand how someone could rage so harshly and quickly in such little time. Never in my lifetime (as far as i know anyway).
Even dinh, when he tore apart his body kit for his beloved car, was much more polite when he was angry. I mean everyone gets angry from time to time (or really really annoyed) and simply want to throw a fist at someone’s face. Though, the funny thing about humanity is that we’re all brought up, developmentally, shall i say to be polite and kind to others to our best ability in times of acute rage.
Max tried. I’ll give him that. But I’m so glad I took out of there as soon as I could. Max says he was just a bit annoyed. ‘Just a bit annoyed’. If he was just a bit annoyed, i wonder what he’s like when he really loses his temper, or if he’s just being politely sarcastic.
I’ll never know.
Devastating day... but i saw James today, Jason’s friend. I don’t know him at all, just his name and his face. But it was nice to see a friendly face right after that incident *relief*
Well back to my sad sad studying and writing of a management report ...
Ciao! Hope all you non-existent readers are having a better time than me!
